Bylaws Committee
The role of the South Loop Elementary School Local School Council Bylaws Committee, is to maintain, review and update the council's bylaws to ensure that they meet the changing needs of the council and our school. All operations and practices of the Local School Council must abide by the rules and regulations defined by:
1. The Chicago Board of Education
2. The Illinois School Code
3. The South Loop Elementary School Local School Council Bylaws
The school's bylaws are subject to the rules and regulations of the Chicago Board of Education and the Illinois School Code, but augment those rules and regulations to meet the specific needs of our school.
