Outdoor and Extracurricular Opportunities
Safety Patrol
Assist with student drop-off in the morning by opening car doors and ushering students toward the front door and helping to regulate pick-up traffic flow in the afternoon.
Main Building: Monday thru Friday, 8:30–9:05am and/or 2:30–3:00pm
Branch Building: Monday thru Friday, 8:00–9:00am
Split Shifts are available: volunteers can choose single day, week or month per schedule.

Green Initiatives
Are you green? Would you like to help our community, our school and our Earth? We'll be organizing the bi-annual Clean & Green of the school grounds and park to foster improved landscaping and maintenance of school grounds and community relations, and working on "Green Initiatives" in support of the school, students and community.
Dates: October 15, 2011 and Spring 2012

Extended Day Enhancement
Host a club or oversee an activity in South Loop School's after school program. For Example: Conservation, journal writing, photography, robotics, golf, tennis, soccer, guitar, jazz band, art, Girl Scouts - Daisy, Brownie, Junior & Cadette, Cub and Boy Scouts, mentoring, etiquette, etc.
Time: Monday thru Friday, 3:00pm – 6:00pm
